Media & enforcement decision log
Purpose: Consistency for future you — not a substitute for counsel.
For new teammates: This is your institutional memory. Future you—and the next hire—will not remember why a weird approval happened. If it took more than two brain cells, log it.
Why this exists
Media decisions are judgment calls at the margin. A lightweight table beats Slack scrollback when counsel asks “what pattern did you establish?” or when a creator returns for a second project.
