Public pages operators should know
When someone asks “where does it say that?” you can paste a canonical URL. This is not every route on the site—just the ones that come up in support, safety, and media work.
Tip: Keep this hub open next to your mail client until the paths feel automatic.

Do not invent policy in email
If the site does not say it, your job is to escalate or say “we’ll confirm”—not to promise a special exception. Link the relevant page when you answer.
